ISO7X

ISO 7X is a workout system with a whole new approach: using the science of Isometrics, ISO 7X will help you to build brand new lean muscle in just minutes a day.

While most other workout systems may help you to build muscle, they also often tend to build too much bulk, use a lot of joint-damaging repetition, and take a long time to achieve the results you are seeking. Additionally, other systems may sometimes give you an overly bulky appearance, but don’t really give you the true strength and power to back it up.

ISO 7X approaches muscle building and strength training in a very unique way: Isometrics. With this proven method of scientific muscle building, all of the focus is trained on your muscles, and only your muscles. Using specific targeted exercises to pinpoint the precise muscles which you are seeking to grow, you will see more rapid growth of lean new muscle than you had ever thought possible. ISO7X does not place any strain on the bones or joints at all; you are putting all of your effort and concentration into the very muscles that you are enhancing.

With over thirty unique exercises, you will find that ISO 7X gives you the opportunity to rapidly increase your fitness levels and amount of lean muscle in every part of your body. It is easy to feel the difference with ISO 7X from the very beginning, from your first muscle building exercise, you will feel the difference, and feel how Isometrics is working to increase your muscles. Using the strength meter which is part of the equipment, you will be able to gauge the resistance level, and watch your rapid progress. Following the workout, you will enjoy the ease of storage as it folds up into an easily stored unit which won’t clutter up your home.

Each of the exercises is just seven seconds long, and when you feel and see the effectiveness of the ISO 7X , you will quickly see that it is quite possible to achieve a total body workout, increase lean muscle, and dramatically up your strength levels in just minutes a day. Isometrics is a proven way to get the muscle, power, and look you want in only minutes a day, it’s a total body workout , seven seconds at a time!

Pleas tell me. What are the materials your ISO system is made of. Is the main shaft aluminum or plastic ?

What is the total cost, out the door I would be charged upon my ordering one ? Your add says $29.95 S&H.
Does the system adjust to the size of the person using it ?

    Thank you, Ross

Out the door, I believe I paid $49.98 for both pieces of equipment, the Iso7x and the Iron Arms. The Iso7x shaft is some kind of steel, weighs a little over 4 pounds. Doesn’t adjust for size, which is kind of a pain for someone like me, standing at 6’8″, puts some strain on my joints, but nothing lasting. I’d definitely recommend it.

I have used this type(Bullworker) since 1967. I have owned the Bullworker, Tensolator, X5, and SB20, which I recently gave to my daughter. I purchased the ISO7X about 3 wks ago at a Dicks Sporting goods store in my town.
I will say, that the quality is excellent, and they rate along side of the above mentioned models. The ISO7X is made of stainless steel, and it is very well constructed. As an ex-welder, I tested the metal by first the magnet test which proves it to be steel, and the penny scratch test, which proves it to be stainless steel. A penny cannot scratch stainless steel regardless of the amount of pressure applied. I paid $29.95 for the ISO7X. What a bargain.

This whole system confuses me. At the end of the week 2-5 workouts,I feel nothing at all,the straps for the knees is frusterating because it keeps slipping and My knees wont fit in,and its made out of plastic. This thing is crap.

I\’s geat to see that the \’bullworker \’ is back after 30 years. My Dad bought one in the 70\’s from Germany. Back then it was priced at $22 whicjh was a lot of money. Awesome piece of equipment. The spring finally broke after several years of use by more than one person. . Yes it makes you very strong, without huge muscles. I see they are selling at Dick\’s sporting goods and sports authority. May not be the same quality as in the 1970\’s ,but the price is still a bargain.

I’m interested in taking a look at the exercise chart before I commit to buying one of these things. Does anyone know where I can find the chart to look at online or something? Thanks.

  9. Mac says:

I still own a Bullworker II. I have had this since the 70″s. Does it work?
I believe it does. Although I was lifting at the time and alot of cardio. Did I get ripped. Sure did.
Glad to see it come back. I just ordered one.

i just got the iso 7x a week ago. how many reps r u supposed to do 4 each exercise?

  11. Leon says:

I been using for a month now and can see a big difference in lean muscle mass. I love it. I do all 36 excerises and now up to holding it for 10sec instead of 7. Just to push my self. I wish they come up with more excerises. I ended up getting the deluxe package with iso arms. And the iso arms is a great tool too to add in the workout.

Now my only con is I wish you can swap out the spring for a heavier one for more resistance.

There seem to be some misleading statements posted.

The handles are made of plastic. The tube is made of steel. So to say “It is made of plastic…” is misleading.

As far as “reps” a static hold of 7-10 seconds with 70% of your maximum in any given exercise is what you do.

I just received mine in the mail yesterday and can’t wait to get started!! I’ve been doing research on Isometrics, and it seems to be a proven system. anyone have any before and after pictures by chance? And, I know it makes you stronger, but will you also bulk up a bit?? Thanks for any replies!

I strongly recommend the ISO 7x. I had a bowflex that I decided to sell because how well this small piece of excercise equipment was and how well it worked. I was not out of shape when I started using this but I have gotten stronger since I started using it. I am a conductor on the railroad and I dont much extra time to commit to working out on a regular basis, so this was absolutly perfect for me. I work out about 7 to 10 minutes a day; 4 to 5 times a week and I feel fine. I also received the iron arms but don\’t really use those as much. The only negative about the iso 7x is that the handles are made of plastic and have started to seperate at one of the inside seems. I will probably just put some tape on it and it will be fine though. With that being said, I still believe that the iso 7 x is worth every penny that I spent and will purchase another one when I wear this one out.

I bought online for the ISO Arms, GREAT WORKOUT. If you are into getting ripped for the summer, physical therapy or giving your kids low impact workout so they get stronger for sports this is way better than the $130 that I spend on the family Gym membership…and nobody taken my machine when I look away. I went for the upgradeds and they are worth it, I have been lifting for a while so the normal might not have been as good. Either way it will get you ripped fast if you have the right lifestyle.

Just got my ISO7X with the Iron Arms after waiting 2 weeks. First off I love the Iron Arms great workout, easy, not strenuous and felt the exercise working (burn).
The Iso7x handles are of hard plastic and the is of a bar tough aluminum, the straps are nylon. The poster material is good looks and feels strong with waxy front.
Did my first workout and it felt great, again no pain if done as the poster instructs. Although one drawback was that I could not do the exercise for the legs because I couldn’t get both feet in at the same time, the straps were very tight, I guess after prolonged use it’ll loosen them up. Will need a second person to help me put in my feet and I have no impairments.

  17. Kurt B. says:

I have been using the Iso 7x for about 5 months every day and my biceps have grown from 12 inches to 16 1/2 inches. I also use a curling strap and do 100 curls with that with each arm daily. The only disappointment is that the ab exercises do not work. I have done all of the ab exercises daily as well and still can’t lose the small amount of fat I have had in my stomach. I actually now hold each exercise for a count of 100. When I first began using this equipment, I could barely move it on a low setting. Now I put it on the highest setting for each exercise and hold for count of 100. I also just bought a shake weight at Walmart for 20.00 and I recommend this as well. It works great as an additional workout. I got my Iso 7x for only 20.00 at Sports Authority and that was with a one year warranty. Kurt B.
