This isn&#039;t a website but on week days on lifetime @ 6;30 am they have work outs powered by podfitness.com. It had a 15 min all Isometric ab work out. they do other Isometric workouts.
sit bend your knees lie halfway from the floor so your backs in the air let go of your hips a put your arms out to the side and hold for 8 seconds. you can make it harder by holding your legs up.</description>
