i would rest it. I hurt my shoulder wresting, but it was bad before and still is, when i lift weights i hear a cracking or a popping noise in my shoulder its gross. I dont get a chance to rest it, but no one but a doctor will be able to tell you whats really wrong, if you sprained a muscle, or partially torn, or whatever</description>
