Posted by Admin in Isometrics, tags: Heavy Weights, Isometrics, Vertebraeocean swimracer ray wanted to know:
I HAVE 3 FUSED VERTEBRAE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACK SINCE CHILDHOOD AND AM NOT SUPPOSED TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. I CAN HOWEVER USE TENSION PULLEYS AND ISOMETRICS AND ELASTIC STRETCH CORDS.ETC
I NEED HELP TO DEVELOP SOME TYPE OF WORKOUT ROUTINE THAT COMPLEMENTS MY 3000YARDS A DAY

Erm Try sets of things like crunches, leg lifts and kicks, lunges squats and squat thrusts. Those are pretty straight forward. Using Leg and arm machines in 30 second sets would be great to, weight training would be good also, but seeing your problem, you dont even have to do heavy weights. Just light with a lot of reps. Hope I helped
