Any physical activity that is short, explosive, depends solely on the energy that is stored in a muscle, and not on oxygen intake.<br />
Any rhythmic, repeated physical activity that uses either or both your arms and legs, and requires large amount of oxygen for an extended period of time.<br />
   An exercise in which muscles are contracted and held for a few seconds, but the body doesn&#8217;t move.<br/><br/></div>
