The problem is that I have the attention span of a puppy, so things like bike riding and walking are kind out out. I know swimming&#8217;s the best option, but I don&#8217;t want chlorine to damage my hair (sounds silly, i know)&#8230; I was wondering if I could do LIGHT weights- the other day I did lying leg curls, and they really worked out my hamstrings. I used only 5 kg/leg&#8230; Is this okay, or should I go even lower with the weights? And even if I did use really light weights, how would that be in relation to blood pressure?<br />
