Attilio W wanted to know:

The pain is in my left shoulder and upper back arm. Have received treatment from GP using deflamatory pills and pain killers which have calmed it down, but still have pain which comes on gradually when driving or sitting upright for any length of time. Although it is a lot better than it was, I find sleeping with two pillows giving support takes pain away completely.
I am sure this was caused by sleeping in a bad position. Will this resolve itself in time as I have had this problem for around 6-7 weeks now? I hope it will eventually cure itself. I am using isometric exercises to strengthen the muscles of my neck.
Any suggestions please
