<p>*also, i work on my tumbling by doing roundoffs, cart wheels, handstands, and bridges</p>
<p>im 13 and bout 120 pounds. im about 5 foot or maybe a little more. im look to lose about 20 pounds</p>
<p>oh and i was going to do this specific exercise plan for 8 weeks and then switch it up</p>
