He said its just like cracking your knuckles.  The problem is that it hurts.  Should i listen to this doctor?  One thing he told me to do is play more tennis and to do isometric exercises for my shoulder and neck.  Can you give me a list of some good shoulder and neck exercises, along with how to do them?  Thanks in advance.<br/><br/></div>
