<p>10*10 pushups on stands<br />
dumbell flys 5 pounds 12-12-10-10<br />
dumbell press 15 pounds 12-10-8-6</p>
<p>lunges 15 pounds 3*20 each leg<br />
calf raises with 15 pound weights elevated 10*10 reps<br />
running around 4-7 miles a week</p>
<p>*wide grip pull ups<br />
*narrow grip<br />
*nutral grip pull ups<br />
*reverse narrow grips<br />
* 4 sets of every grip untill failure usualy<br />
front rases with 8 pounds 15*3<br />
side rases with 8 pounds 15*3</p>
<p>tricep kickouts 5 pounds 3*15 each arm<br />
dumbell curls 15 pounds 3*10<br />
concentration curls 15 pounds 3*10 each arm</p>
<p>60 cruches<br />
60 incline sit ups<br />
60 incline leg raises<br />
60 bicycles<br />
some isometric for the stomch<br />
i have most of my abs done i have a 6 pack but would lkie it to become much more visable any tips<br />
i also do other exercises for my abs too</p>
<p>do you think that if i keep doing this every other day i will get really ripped in all areas<br />
any other tips<br />

how do i prevent plateau effects<br />
i susaly dont do the same exact routine for more than 4 months i always add and remove stuff add more weights or do more reps<br/><br/></div>

Here is what I AM doing if anyone could steer me in the right direction, offer advice, or tell me I am on the right path I would appreciate it&#8230;</p>
<p>Breakfast: 1 Nutra-grain cereal bar Cherry or Strawberry<br />
Snack: No Fat Yogurt sometimes with 2 tablespoons oatmeal added to it<br />
Lunch: Either a &#8216;wrap&#8217; or salad (spinach burrito style wrap bread with fresh spinach, 1 cheese slice, turkey ham 2 slices and pepperoni 2 slices (if we have), &#038; tomatoes if we have it and spicy mustard; salad &#8211; ice burg lettuce or what is on sale with fresh spinach, tomatoes, 1 slice of meat, banana peppers, 2 table spoons fat free ranch, 1/2 shredded carrot)<br />
Snack: 1 small Apple or 1 carrot (or both)<br />
Dinner: 1 portion meat about 8oz (beef or chicken) 2 small sides of vegetables </p>
<p>Exercise consists of walking, isometrics, sit-ups or a combo if any&#8230;should I get a video???<br />
I am an avid coffee drinker!!! 2-4 8oz cups a day 2 packets Equal and 1 ½ and ½ or 1 tablespoon creamer</p>
<p>Am I not drinking enough water? I try to drink 4 full glasses (about 16 oz each) a day…</p>
<p>I try and add plenty of HEALTHY things to my diet&#8230;fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy etc. Where am I going wrong? I just GAIN weight I don&#8217;t LOSE it. Should I get a workout video for home? Winter is coming I will not be able to walk comfortably outside for much longer&#8230;Am I eating the wrong foods? Do I need more water? More exercise? Different foods? more food? Less food? Please help!</p>
<p>Any advice, experiences, stories would be appreciated! Thank you<br/><br/></div>
